As Head of N-iX Colombia, Erika plays a pivotal role in growing N-iX's presence in Latin America. With nearly ten years in tech and a strong engineering background, she also oversees the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of sectors. 

Erika joined N-iX when the company opened its Latin American hub in Medellín, Colombia, and was tasked with expanding the company’s capabilities in the region. She was able to build strong partnerships with a number of clients, significantly grow the engineering team, and strengthen the N-iX employer brand in the local market. Erika is an eager contributor to the tech community, speaking at events and helping in organizing N-iX tech meetups. In 2023, she was recognized with the “Strong Women in IT” award.
