Chairman of the Supervisory Board & Founder
In August 2002, Andrew Pavliv co-founded Novellix with Dmytro Kosarev and Werner Richard Kreiner. Within seven months, Novell's Vice President had seen their work and initiated acquisition talks.
Novell acquired the technology in March 2003 and became N-iX's first enterprise client a relationship that lasted over a decade.
That pattern, building software good enough that enterprises want to acquire it, has guided Andrew's 23-year journey growing N-iX from a Lviv startup to a global technology services partner serving Fortune 500 clients across 25 countries.
He is an active angel investor, including co-founding ThickButtons (touch screen technology) and serving as Managing Partner at ZadZen Games (3M+ installs).
In 2022, Andrew led N-iX's crisis response, coordinating the relocation of 600+ engineers across four countries in 30 days while maintaining 100% client delivery continuity.
Chief Operating Officer
Pavlo Deshchynskyy has been with N-iX since 2008, joining when the company had approximately 50 engineers.
As COO, he oversees delivery operations across 2,400+ engineers, maintaining the standards that have earned N-iX a 95% client retention rate.
His focus spans customer delivery excellence and leading AI engineering workstreams, including value proof and capture frameworks that guide enterprise clients through generative AI adoption. He also drives the strategy, talent growth, and thought leadership agenda for N-iX's Technology Office.
A key force behind N-iX's global expansion, Pavlo has scaled the organization while preserving operational efficiency and service quality, and directly oversees the company's strategic accounts.
He previously held engineering leadership roles at StreamServe and Ukrtelecom. He holds a Master's in Computer Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University and certifications from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Nazariy Zhovtanetskyy has shaped N-iX's growth strategy since 2011, guiding the company's expansion into 10 delivery markets and driving partnerships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud at the highest tier levels.
He led the strategic positioning that achieved AWS Premier Tier Partner status (March 2025), the highest level in the AWS Partner Network, and Microsoft Solutions Partner designations for Digital & App Innovation and Data & AI.
Nazariy holds a Master's in Finance from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and certification from INSEAD, and Harvard Business School. He also features in top European IT media publications regularly.
Chief Technology Officer
Valentyn Kropov brings 24 years of hands-on engineering and architecture experience across fintech, manufacturing, healthcare, and telecom.
Before joining N-iX, Valentyn held senior technical roles at GlobalLogic, heading up their Data Center of Excellent (CoE), and SoftServe, managing team of 500+ engineers.
As CTO, he leads N-iX's Technology Office, with 150+ specialists driving cloud architecture, AI/ML implementation, data engineering, and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.
Under his leadership, N-iX achieved AWS Premier Tier Partner status and expanded AI/ML capabilities to support 50+ generative AI implementations.
Valentyn holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School, and a Master's in Applied Mathematics.

Mayur Pitamber has over 30 years of B2B marketing experience in technology services, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. Before N-iX, he held senior positions at SHI International, where he launched AI & Cyber Labs, which increased the sales pipeline by 40%, and led global campaigns at 8x8, with 45% YoY ARR growth. His career includes strategic roles at Insight Enterprises, Mimecast, Polycom, Cisco, Ericsson, and T-Mobile.
As CMO at N-iX, he leads a global marketing team focused on connecting Fortune 1000 tech leaders with software engineering services and enhancing the N-iX brand architecture, demand generation, and content strategy for better market visibility.

Uliana Batiuk leads N-iX's client engagement and new business growth function, guiding prospective clients through every stage of their journey, from first introduction to a signed partnership.
She oversees four collaborative teams: Client Engagement Managers who build relationships and shepherd deals to closure, a Sales Operations team that keeps processes running smoothly, an Outreach team that identifies and connects with future partners, and a Commercial Conferences team that represents N-iX at industry events around the world.

Steve Liddle is VP of Client Success for the UK and Ireland at N-iX, helping clients improve ROI through a better understanding of technology challenges and effective solution recommendations. He focuses on building new relationships and strengthening partnerships with senior stakeholders to ensure N-iX delivers measurable value and long-term growth.
Steve brings over 20 years of experience in technology transformation and digital operations, working across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the United States. He has supported SMEs and large enterprises across B2B and B2C sectors including retail, FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, and distribution.

Bob Thomas leads Customer Success for North America at N-iX, where he ensures clients realize their strategic visions through optimized onboarding and proactive risk mitigation. Serving as the primary "voice of the customer," Bob oversees a diverse portfolio that includes multi-year engagements with Fortune 500 leaders.
With over 35 years of expertise spanning product management, software engineering, and data modernization, Bob’s career has evolved from technical roles in software and data engineering to executive leadership. He possesses a proven track record in scaling consulting operations and driving business unit performance. Bob holds a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Christian Svensson has led N-iX’s Nordic expansion for almost 20 years, building long-term partnerships with Scandinavian enterprises across manufacturing, automotive, entertainment, energy, construction, med-tech, communications, logistics, and other industries. In 2020, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his role in strengthening technology partnerships between the regions.

Erika Gutierrez established and leads N-iX's Latin America delivery center in Medellín, which has grown to 150+ engineers since opening in 2022. The Colombia office provides nearshore delivery for North American clients requiring time zone alignment and Spanish-language capabilities.
Erika brings nearly 10 years of experience in technology with a strong engineering background. She was recognized with the Strong Women in IT award in 2023 and is an active contributor to the tech community, speaking at events and organizing N-iX tech meetups. Dimitar Manevski leads N-iX Bulgaria, an EU-based delivery center supporting clients that require European data residency and GDPR-compliant development environments. The Bulgaria office works with fintech and financial services clients, alongside broader enterprise software delivery engagements.
Dimitar brings 16 years of software engineering leadership experience. He previously led engineering teams at Currencycloud (now part of Visa) and served as CTO at a fintech startup.

Suman Prabhu leads N-iX India, established in Bengaluru in 2025 to expand the company’s global delivery footprint and provide digital transformation and technology services powered by India’s vast technical talent pool. The India center focuses on AI/ML, data engineering, analytics, and cloud services, complementing N-iX’s established delivery hubs across Europe and Latin America.
Suman brings more than 21 years of experience in the IT services industry and a deep understanding of the regional market. He previously held delivery leadership roles at Cognizant, where he built and managed high-performing teams for global clients. Dan Bucureanu leads N-iX Romania, an EU-based delivery center opened in 2023 that provides engineering services to European clients requiring EU data residency. The Romania office focuses on cloud, data analytics, and enterprise software development.
Dan brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering leadership, including large-scale digital transformation programs and coordination of cross-functional teams of up to 50 engineers. Throughout his career, he has led complex delivery initiatives, optimized engineering processes, supported enterprise modernization across multiple industries, and built a number of delivery units. He holds a Master of Science degree from Politehnica University of Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the Academy of Economic Studies.

Turgai Shikhlinski leads N-iX's expansion in Azerbaijan and the broader Caucasus region, establishing the first regional office in 2023. His focus includes working with local businesses across sectors, including oil & gas, fintech, and government, where the region has strong domain expertise.
Turgai brings over 20 years of cross-sector technology experience, with roles spanning from BP, to Outfit 7, and to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. He holds an MBA degree from London Business School.

Iain Harvey leads technical operations for N-iX Malta, the company's EU legal headquarters. The Malta office provides EU jurisdiction for European client contracts and specializes in the gaming, fintech, and iGaming software industries, which have made Malta a global hub.
Iain brings over 30 years of software engineering experience, with previous roles in aviation and energy companies. He holds a degree in Engineering from Plymouth University and certifications in IT service management and project management.

His multidisciplinary team of 100+ specialists covers game design, engineering, art, animation, VFX, SFX, QA, and product management. Together, they have contributed to the development of more than 50 game titles across PC, console, and mobile platforms, as well as dozens of advanced virtual reality training solutions.

Oleksandr Shatnyy leads N-iX's people operations across 10 countries, overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and development for 2,400+ engineers. Sviatoslav also leads N-iX's corporate responsibility agenda, overseeing ESG reporting and governance, environmental sustainability programs, social impact and community initiatives, and diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. Yaroslav Kisylychka leads the GenAI Value Lab (GVL) at N-iX – a practice that embeds directly with enterprise engineering teams to turn ad-hoc AI tool usage into measurable productivity gains. The team works inside client workflows, co-implements AI-powered changes with engineers, and measures everything before and after. In a recent engagement with a 250-person engineering organization, enabled teams cut PR cycle times by 42% and reduced documentation cycles from weeks to hours – results that led the client to scale the program 3x.
Before launching the GenAI Value Lab, Yaroslav spent 17 years building and scaling engineering organizations across fintech, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms. As CTO at NymCard, he grew the engineering team from 7 to 62 across six markets and played a key role in the company’s $23M Series B round. As co-founder of SwamiPay, he built a fintech product for Asia from architecture to go-to-market. Earlier, his work on integration architectures for Inditex supported retail operations in 92 countries. Maksym Palamarenko leads N-iX’s engineering excellence function, defining coding standards, architectural practices, and quality benchmarks across the company’s engineering teams.
