N-iX has been recognized among the best IT employers in Ukraine, according to the 2021 DOU rating. The company got the silver award among the biggest IT companies in the country demonstrating exceptional scores in ‘work conditions’ and ‘loyalty’ categories.
Year after year, N-iX achieves higher and higher positions in the DOU ranking - in 2018 the company was listed fifth, in 2020 it came in fourth, and this year N-iX got the second place Ukraine-wide. In total, the N-iX received 96 out of 100 possible points.

DOU (developers.org.ua) is the biggest platform for IT professionals in Ukraine that gathers major industry trends, news, and insights. Their rating “Best Place to Work” is based on the biggest survey of Ukrainian IT professionals open all year round. This year, they surveyed 23,736 employees from 1,391 companies. The evaluation criteria were compensation, working conditions, project, career and loyalty.
Since 2020, N-iX has been hiring specialists remotely and built hubs across Ukraine. Besides offices in Lviv and Kyiv, the company has development centers in Dnipro, Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia.
Besides DOU, N-iX has been recognized as one of the best places to work by Forbes and EY.
The latest results of the DOU rating "Best IT Employers 2021" were published on December 5 on DOU.ua.
