Our policy has been revised to meet the changing environment in the context of organization and relevant quality objectives have been established.
A certification ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems – Requirements is basically following the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle in a process-based approach, the latest 2015 edition further encouraging to involve risk-based thinking. Essentially, organizations that comply with the 9001 standard confirm their best practices in process organization and continuous improvement. The purpose of the quality objectives is to determine the conformity of the management requirements, facilitate effective deployment and improve the quality management system.
By certifying our Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001:2015, N-iX proves its high standards in management systems, including risk-management, documentation, planning, improvement mechanisms, resources control, corrective actions, and other organizational aspects.
Earlier, N-iX received ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, which is granted for compliance with Information Security Management standard requirements.
ISO 9001:2015 is a third-party assurance that N-iX clients and contracted staff get service which complies with all applicable regulatory and contractual, as well as our internal specifications and requirements.
