N-iX, an IT company with over 2,400 professionals, plans to open four new offices in 2022. Therefore, by the end of the year, the company will have seven offices in Ukraine - one in Kyiv, two in Lviv, and new ones in Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv (under Novelix brand), and Vinnytsia.
This year, N-iX celebrates its 20th anniversary. Our team amounts 2,400 specialists, and we are actively looking for more experts to join the company.
N-iX has been cooperating with remote specialists from different locations in Ukraine for a couple of years now. We have formed N-iX communities in different cities. For example, in Dnipro and in Ivano-Frankivsk we have over 30 specialists, and there are 15 specialists in Vinnytsia. In Kharkiv, N-iX is presented as Novelix and our team has more than 60 specialists.
N-iX professionals can choose between three types of work – office-based, flexible or fully remote. In cities, where there are no N-iX offices yet, the company offers to work in the best coworking spaces.
Last year, we realised that we are ready to open full-fledged N-iX offices in Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia, as we intend to grow our teams here, develop our communities, and we want to provide the most comfortable working conditions for our specialists. Also, we are planning to contribute more to the development of technical education in these cities. Our colleagues can still choose among different work formats, while our new offices will become the centres for live cooperation and communication.
The first new office is planned in Dnipro, and the location has already been decided.
