February 17, 2021 – N-iX has been named one of the world’s 100 top outsourcing service providers and advisors by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). The company has entered the Global Outsourcing 100 list for the fifth year in a row.
The Global Outsourcing 100 ranking is based on a rigorous selection process that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members. All the applicants are evaluated and judged on the four categories: Customer References, Awards and Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The global outsourcing market has grown rapidly in recent years, driving competition and increased expectations to service excellence.
