VP Delivery

Maria is a distinguished leader in the tech industry, currently excelling as VP Delivery at N-iX. She obtained a Master's Degree with distinction in Physics, which laid the groundwork for her successful career and multiple achievements. She began her professional journey in a tech startup, gained valuable experience in Ericsson's IT team, where she made a notable contribution to the SAP implementation project. 

Then Maria switched back to a startup where she had an opportunity to try herself in a number of technical areas and finally decided to build her career in Quality Assurance with the subsequent growth to managerial roles. 

Transitioning to GlobalLogic, Maria showcased her leadership prowess by building and leading highly skilled teams of 10-150 members, operating in a complex environment with diverse clients and technologies. During Maria’s tenure she progressed to AVP, Engineering leading the department of 800+ engineers. 

Also, between GlobalLogic and N-iX I worked at Customertimes: joined as a Delivery head, then was Ukraine Country Head and then VP EMEA overseeing all Delivery Centers in Eastern Europe and Baltics. 

In her role as VP Delivery at N-iX, Maria continues to demonstrate exceptional management skills, overseeing multiple teams while maintaining a focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives.
