Our client acquired one of the leading car supermarkets that offers installments, assurance, service plans, etc. and became the UK's biggest Dealer Group. Business managers had to use four different systems for the business management flow and continuously switch between them. To solve the problem, our client decided to develop a unified system that would speed up all business processes.

Implementation: from Discovery Phase to implementationImplementation

The client designed a high-level concept but needed help with eliciting and validating the requirements, selecting the tech stack, and more. Our team began with a Discovery phase by implementing a gap analysis of the existing business management system and designing the business and technical vision for the new one. Our experts used .NET on the backend, React on the frontend, and performed integrations with Active Directory.

As a result of our cooperation, we designed and developed the production-ready business management website. Now, when a business manager logs in to the system, it integrates with the rest of the ecosystem.

Also, we automated the integration with lenders. After submitting the documents, a customer and a business manager can monitor the status of the request and see if it meets all the requirements to obtain the funding.
